Savannah Ga – The Savannah Steam are proud to announce that they have signed a lease agreement with the Savannah Civic Center for the upcoming 2016 Indoor Football season. Also in conjunction with the announcement John Morris, CEO/Owner of the AIF, is promoting Bobby Dammarell to be the Director of Franchise Development for the AIF.
Bobby has been a great asset to the AIF in helping with our team development. And securing the arena is a huge step for the Steam.” Said Mr. Morris.
General Manager of the Steam Jenny Dammarell states, “We would like to thank Deborah Kicklighter for making it possible for us to have our home games at the Civic Center.” Jenny goes on to say, “Deborah and the City of Savannah have welcomed us with their help and support.”
The Savannah Civic Center has a seating capacity of 8800 and the Steam look forward to the community supporting their 2016 effort. The Steam play in the Southern Division of the AIF and look to reward the fans with a fast paced, fun filled, family style football. The motto of the team – Steam Up Savannah!
