The owner of the Ontario Warriors, Tom Mitchell, was not paying his staff, player, and other associated with the team. It's believed he was stealing money that sponsors paid for advertising and using it for himself. That's embezeling. Tom Mitchel is lucky he just got suspended. He should be in jail.

Im not sure what would cause a team to be suspended by the league, but the players, fans and family suffer the most from it. Dont give up your dreams players keep working your craft. Go BEAST!! Falcons for Life

I've never heard of a team/club/franchise getting "suspended". I've heard of team or person in violation of rules or something getting fined, but never heard a team getting suspended from play. Fined yes, but not suspended

I agree with Brad. Here I was ready to go to tomorrows game and I hear this. I have called Ontarios office and no answer or reply. I hope there is a refund in place for us season ticket holders. I do believe the team owes us an explaination as to why this happened. Investing in the team for 2013 would make it difficult without an explanation.

This is a black eye to the city of Ontaro and surrounding communities especially the fans and season ticket holders. This issue should have been solved after the we won our well deserved championship.

According to their website, it looks like they are cutting ties with the AIF. They say that more info for ticket holders will be coming soon...

Brad, this is completely understood and very regretful. Clearly a suspension is the last thing any league wants to do and is the last option ever chosen, but sometimes necessity requires it.

Due to legal reasons, no additional comments can be made as to specific reasons. Any season ticket holder questions should be directed to the Ontario Warriors Front Office.

Unfortunately, the Warriors have closed down both of their Facebook pages, so the only resource you have is the team's website: http://www.ontwarriors.com/

More information should be provided on the suspension. As a season ticket holder for Ontario, this is very disappointing and unexpected.
